I need eight, but I usually get seven Whatever I can grab ? which is usually not enough My optimum amount of sleep seems to be about seven to eight hours, so I make sure that?s what I get I don?t know ? I always seem to get about six or seven though
2. Is your sleep pattern wildly different at the weekends to how it is during the week?
No, I always get seven to eight hours I tend to sleep longer every weekend I make sure I catch up for the lack of sleep I?ve had during the week I sometimes go to bed later and have a lie in, but not a long one
3. Do you often fall asleep in front of the television and wake up late at night wondering what the time is?
Very rarely ? I think I did it once last year! No, that?s never happened Yes it happens from time to time. I watch television to relax and then I nod off All the time ? I usually wake up in the early hours and then drag myself off to bed
4. Do you have a set time to go to bed each night?
Not really, but I?m generally in bed between ten and eleven on most nights No, I just go to bed when I?m tired No, I go to bed when I?ve done everything that needs doing Yes, I?m usually tucked up by eleven with a good book. One chapter and I?m asleep
5. Do you normally fall asleep very quickly or do you find yourself staying awake for ages?
Depends what?s on my mind. Normally I?m okay but sometimes I don?t wind down properly No, I?m asleep within ten to fifteen minutes of getting in bed I get the occasional bad night but usually I drift off fairly quickly Sometimes I?m shattered and I don?t even remember getting in bed. Other times I lay awake for ages
6. If you have things to do, do you often stay up late so you can get them all done?
Yes I do that, but I never stay up beyond midnight Occasionally, but I try and get to bed around the same time each night No, my bedtime is set in stone! All the time
7. If you get less sleep one night do you try and get an earlier night the next night?
No ? I have too much to do I try but I normally end up going to bed at the same sort of time as I always do Yes, but it very rarely happens that I get a bad night anyway I?d like to but it never happens
8. Do you always find it hard to concentrate during the day?
All the time Sometimes, but it?s not due to lack of sleep! Yes but it?s never bad enough to affect my work Occasionally, especially during the afternoon

Sorry ? don?t have the time? I do like to but I don?t always get the time Yes I enjoy getting out at lunchtimes What a nice idea?

Sometimes if I?m at home, yes Very rarely ? if I do it?s usually after Christmas dinner! No, never Whenever I get the chance, especially on the train home
12. Do you struggle to get up in the mornings?
Sometimes but I?m usually okay No, I get up quite easily. Most of the time I wake up before the alarm goes off Yes I hate getting up early Yes ? every day
